Landform provided civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services for the 80-acre Woods at Quail Creek development. This multi-phased development included five phases.
This development is nestled in the woods and wetlands in a growing area of Blaine. This development added roughly 150-single family lots to this popular area.
Project challenges included a phased development and construction within an existing established neighborhood. Our team worked to preserve existing wetlands, trees, and natural areas, while balancing the site soils and managing a high groundwater table to bring our Client’s vision to life.
