Frauenshuh Cancer Center
The Frauenshuh Cancer Center Healing Garden is located on the Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital campus as part of the Frauenshuh Cancer Care Center.
Landform designed the garden and provided landscape architecture and civil engineering services to initially construct the garden as part of larger campus-wide improvements.
Landform continues to act as the consultant landscape architect and provides annual design services each spring to guide maintenance and incorporate new elements, such as donated plaques or sculptures, and to update and fill in planting materials as needed. A recent addition to the garden included six lady slipper plants, all of which are currently thriving.
The garden is a living, growing, seasonal space that has become popular with staff, patients and wildlife alike.
