Designing a Ferrari dealership in Minneapolis was both thrilling and challenging. Our multi-disciplinary team navigated a tight urban space to seamlessly blend the Ferrari brand’s luxury with functional dealership requirements.
Our civil engineering team optimized the limited space, land surveyors executed precise mapping, and our landscape architects creatively mirrored the brand’s ethos in the outdoor spaces, incorporating elements like red linear lights and curved walkways.
Months of hard work resulted in a state-of-the-art facility that not only exudes Ferrari‘s signature elegance but also contributes to Minneapolis’ sustainability goals through our SensiblyGreen® approach.
