The project included an amenity-rich 230 unit apartment building covering 3.6 acres situated adjacent to the Northstar Commuter Rail Station within The COR in Ramsey, Minnesota. This was a redevelopment of the existing Subaru Acura dealerships. The Subaru building was demolished and rebuilt and the Acura building remained, keeping both dealerships operational during redevelopment was a priority.
