This was a redevelopment of the existing Subaru Acura dealerships. The Subaru building was demolished and rebuilt and the Acura building remained, keeping both dealerships operational during redevelopment was a priority. Design challenges included adding new landscaping, parking lot islands and managing new stormwater requirements on a developed site.
