Landform completed surveying and site design services for this four-story, 60,000 square foot medical office facility and parking ramp expansion. An enhanced south entrance, a peaceful new courtyard and a safe and welcoming patient drop-off were designed within challenging site constraints.
The medical use of the site is supported by extensive plantings, grand pedestrian walks, protected bike storage and a state-of-the-art stormwater treatment system.
