In 2011 Landform partnered with Baker Associates Architects and the Luther Company Family of Dealerships to completely redevelop a site at Interstate 694 and Brooklyn Boulevard in Brooklyn Center. Challenges associated with the 16.5-acre redevelopment included a 14.4% reduction of pervious area, additional on-site infiltration and contaminated soils while accommodating nearly 1,200 parking stalls.
