The Residence at COR

 The project included an amenity-rich 230 unit apartment building covering 3.6 acres situated adjacent to the Northstar Commuter Rail Station within The COR in Ramsey, Minnesota. The apartments connect directly to the adjacent parking ramp and to the rail station via the skyway. Landform provided surveying, planning, site design and permit facilitation services.
