Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels Signage
Landform completed site investigations as part of a due diligence effort to determine sign regulations for 66 Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels projects. The new prototypical Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels sign package was being rolled out nationwide as part of a new co-branding effort. The signage is unique because it includes a blade sign and a freestanding sign with a rotating element for both brands.
Our site investigations found that the prototypical signage package would not be allowed by right in many communities. If the client chose to pursue the signage, Landform facilitated the permit application for a variance or Planned Unit Development to allow the desired signage. Landform also represented Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels during several projects’ city entitlement process.
