Landform provided site design services for a mixed-use retail and 222-unit apartment complex on a redevelopment parcel in downtown Gladstone, Missouri. Project challenges included establishment of new site drainage patterns, creation of full pedestrian and vehicular access with steep grades and coordination of utility and infrastructure improvements with the municipality.
The project included an amenity-rich 230 unit apartment building covering 3.6 acres situated adjacent to the Northstar Commuter Rail Station within The COR in Ramsey, Minnesota. The apartments connect directly to the adjacent parking ramp and to the rail station via the skyway. Landform provided surveying, planning, site design and permit facilitation services.
