Avienda (Beautiful and Full of Energy) in Chanhassen is envisioned to be a world-class mixed-use center that will serve the needs and lifestyles of Chanhassen residents and regional visitors.
This 120-acre site includes 800 units of housing alongside 350,000 square feet of retail and 150,000 square feet of office space. Public gathering spaces, sidewalks, trails, and a main street at the center of the project provide seamless access to dining, shopping, and social amenities. This lifestyle experience serves a regional market while preserving natural resources.
Landform has provided planning, land survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for this project in collaboration with RSP Architects and Level 7 Development. Throughout the project, the development team has endeavored to fulfill the City’s comprehensive plan for a regional destination while enhancing the existing opportunities in the City.
