Avienda
Avienda is a contemporary Lifestyle Center rather than a simple shopping experience. The project fulfills the city’s comprehensive plan for a regional destination in Chanhassen, while enhancing the existing opportunities in the city.
The master plan for this 120-acre site includes a variety of housing types for all people in all stages of life, office space, a mixed commercial district with retail and entertainment uses of a scale and function that serves a regional market and preserves natural resources. The plan is built around the public gathering spaces, sidewalks, trails and other amenities. The preliminary plat and master plan were approved in 2017 and construction is expected to begin in 2018.
