Our Land Survey and LiDAR Drone Operations teams mapped out boundaries with incredible sub-centimeter precision, paving the way for 115 beautiful residential lots—all while protecting natural wetlands and honoring the unique landscape. Partnering with Lennar, we worked to tailor home designs that seamlessly fit into the master plan and meet what today’s homebuyers are asking for.
