Rose Garden Development
Landform provided services for a 20-unit multi-family development within the City of Plymouth, working with City staff and neighbors to develop a master plan on a challenging undeveloped infill site. The project included challenges such as rezoning, variances, public collector roadway construction, and wetland mitigation.
The design incorporates environmental protection features including meandering wetland buffers, stormwater storage for downstream Elm Creek channel protection, bioretention basins for stormwater filtration, and extended onsite storage.
The development incorporated the extension of Hamel Road, which will provide relief to Highway 55 between County Road 101 and downtown Hamel. The design includes bike trails which are consistent with the overall transportation plan within the City of Plymouth.
