Landform provided planning, site design and surveying services for a 67-lot single family neighborhood in Lakeville. Nestled in a growing corner of the City, at Dodd Boulevard and Pilot Knob Road, this 33-acre neighborhood is supported by new commercial development. Brandl Anderson Homes developed the property and included four additional home builders, contributing to the diverse architectural character found in the neighborhood.
Some of the unique challenges for this project included an existing regional storm sewer interceptor and overland flood bypasses, vacation of existing rights-of-way and land swaps with the City and County. Our team worked closely with City, County and State agencies to make this a successful project.
