Dodd Crossing
Landform provided planning, engineering and surveying services for a 67-lot single family development in Lakeville. This 33-acre development is located on the corner of Dodd Boulevard and Pilot Knob Road in a growing corner of the City which is supported by new neighborhood commercial development. Developed by Brandl Anderson Homes, this development also includes 4 other home builders to provide a diverse range of architectural styles in the neighborhood.
Some of the unique challenges for this project included an existing regional storm sewer interceptor and overland flood by-passes, vacation of existing right-of-ways and land swaps with the City and County. Our team worked closely with City, County and State agencies to make this a successful project.
Construction started in March of 2016 and was fully built out in 2018.
