Landform provided site design and land surveying services for a 27-acre, 30-twin-home subdivision in Lakeville. Developed for Wooddale Builders, these high-end twin homes nestled alongside the wetlands and woods provide an excellent amenity for the community and create development challenges. The Landform team worked closely with the City and Watershed, providing extensive coordination for the new major collector roadway, large buffers to wetlands, stormwater filtration, future commercial development and landscape buffering and screening, all while achieving density to meet the goals of the City and developer.
