Landform has provided general planning support to the City of Hugo since 2002, including development review, responding to resident inquiries, and updating the City Zoning and Land Use maps in GIS.
In addition to the ongoing review of development applications, Landform has prepared comprehensive updates to the City’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
Landform led the City’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan effort and the 2040 Comprehensive Plan update process. These plans continue to provide opportunities for high-quality development while preserving the rural characteristics that make Hugo unique.
