Landform provided development management and design services for this regional shopping center. The high amenity center includes a central village with multiple retail anchors.
The unique design includes waterfall features at the entrance to the shopping center and a unique entry designed to appear as a suspension bridge. The entry also includes dual stormwater ponds which create a impressive entrance into the center. The primary design challenge was addressing the 70-foot elevation difference across the site while maintaining the aesthetic features of this retail center.
