This was a redevelopment of the existing Subaru Acura dealerships for White Bear Acura Subaru. The Subaru building was demolished and rebuilt, while the Acura building remained. Keeping both dealerships operational during redevelopment was a priority. Design challenges included adding new landscaping, parking lot islands, and managing new stormwater requirements on a developed site.
