Landform prepared development options for the City of Fridley on a 25-acre site just south of their new City Campus. The final master plan included 100 senior living units, 350 multi-family residential units, 26 single-family villas, a new roadway alignment, a community playground and updated park amenities in the adjacent Locke Park.
The City used the master plan to issue three RFPs to implement each portion of the plan. All are currently in the design or construction phase.
Landform continued their work with the City and designed the new roadway through the site, and partnered with Pulte to design and construct the single-family villas.
