Celebrating the Taste of Elk River Together with Minnesota’s Best Flavors and Festivities

The 2025 Taste of Elk River rolled in like a perfect summer evening on the lake! This year’s lineup was nothing short of legendary, with sizzling favorites from Texas Roadhouse and the sweet, Minnesota-made goodness of Jonny Pops. Our team washed it all down with cold pours from local icons Indeed Brewing and Castle Danger, then tested their luck (and shared plenty of laughs) spinning The Big Wheel—a game as much a part of Minnesota culture as hotdish at a potluck.
