Our Team Overdelivers at Kohler Farms – and Celebrates with Pizza Luce’!

When it came time to launch the Kohler Farms residential project in Ham Lake, our Residential Studio design team rolled up their sleeves and rose to the occasion.

This 124-acre development is no small feat.  We’re providing Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Planning and Land Surveying to create 42 spacious new home lots (all over an acre, many above 1.5 acres) with private backyard views, custom-home sites, wetlands, ponds, and pockets of forest that make this neighborhood something truly special. With homes anticipated to start going up in 2026, our design for Well & Septic homes ensures that future residents will enjoy both natural beauty and privacy—a perfect slice of Minnesota living.

Our client was so thrilled with how smoothly and successfully the project launched that they treated us to a pizza party with Pizza Luce’ in Minneapolis—and let us tell you, nothing tastes better than celebrating teamwork and success over a hot slice!
