Neighborhood Healthsource

Landform worked with Par-10 Companies on the site design and construction administration of a new Neighborhood Health Source medical facility in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. The two-story 13,000 square foot building provides primary care medical office uses to serve the residents of Northeast

The design included:

• Efficient dispersal of traffic to minimize conflicts with pedestrians and increase safety,
• Creation of an accessible site – especially for pedestrians and transit users,
• Optimization of the site, to ensure flexibility for future expansion and meet code requirements through efficient design layout.
