Landform worked with Par-10 Companies in the site design and construction of a new Neighborhood HealthSource medical facility in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis. The two-story 13,000 square foot building provides primary care medical office uses to serve the residents of Northeast.
The design included:
- Efficient dispersal of traffic to minimize conflicts with pedestrians and increase safety.
- Creation of an accessible site – especially for pedestrians and transit users.
- Optimization of the site to ensure flexibility for future expansion and meet code requirements through an efficient design layout.
