This existing office site had shown its age and needed renovation as the elevated parking lot and supporting retaining wall was crumbling.
Morcon Construction brought Landform to the team to guide the design process and coordinate with City and Watershed officials. The project team coordinated site renovations with the client and contractor to replace a failing retaining wall, renovate impacted landscaping and bring that portion of the site up to code for stormwater management.
Phase 1 was limited in scope to remedy the safety issues from the crumbling retaining wall and to once again give the client full use of their site.
