Input from the neighborhood residents led to the implementation of a carefully coordinated landscaping plan designed to screen and integrate the site within its context while maintaining pedestrian access to the local trail network and the retail heart of the project. This 11-acre development includes over 35,000 square feet of retail in four multi-tenant buildings and is anchored by a 43,000-square-foot grocer.
Landform led the planning and approvals process, developed the Master Plan and Design Guidelines and provided civil engineering for streets, ponds and other site improvements.
