With a Geography degree from Bemidji State University and a GIS emphasis, he pairs technical expertise with down-to-earth communication that clients trust.

Under the mentorship of Senior Surveyor Lynn Caswell, Gus has honed his skills in AutoCAD, legal descriptions, and field crew management, all while maintaining efficient and stress-free project management.

Whether he’s in the field or refining workflows behind the scenes, Gus consistently delivers results that set a new standard for accuracy and collaboration.
