With years of experience navigating Minnesota’s landscapes—from bustling urban projects to remote rural sites—Gus ensures every survey is as accurate as a Minnesota ice fishing hole is deep. Clients appreciate his clear communication, seamless coordination, and knack for making complex projects feel like a walk around the lake. Whether he’s defining property boundaries, collaborating with engineers and architects, or mentoring the next generation of surveyors, Gus delivers results that go above and beyond expectations.

Armed with a Geography degree from Bemidji State University and a GIS emphasis, Gus brings both technical expertise and a people-first approach to the job. Under the tutelage of our Senior Surveyor, Mr. Lynn Caswell, Gus further strengthens his foundation in land surveying principles and best practices. He’s a pro at AutoCAD, legal descriptions, and managing field crews—all while keeping things efficient and stress-free for clients. When he’s not out in the field, he’s refining processes to improve efficiency, mentoring junior surveyors, or implementing innovative solutions that enhance project accuracy and workflow.
