During a recent Brown Bag, Lunch & Learn event at our downtown Minneapolis office, our team explored the step-by-step process of successfully taking a project from Site to Finish®, ensuring top-tier results at every stage.

The presentation was hosted by Chris, a Professional Engineer and Senior Designer in our Retail and Commercial Design Studio, and led by our two Associates: Tom in our Retail and Commercial Design Studio, Kevin in our Planning and Urban Design Studio, Eric, who leads our Residential Design Studio, and Taylor, our Land Survey Technician. It covered vital phases such as defining project scope, coordinating efforts with other studios, and kicking off projects with a skilled and prepared team.

We also highlighted the importance of practical and thorough site investigations, accurate surveys, and strategically phased designs to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
