Anchored by Mocha Monkey Coffeehouse & Roastery and Hometown Bank, along with a medical office building, this development is set to serve as a model of small-town commercial growth in downtown Victoria.

Led by Steve Sabraski, PE, Principal & Studio Lead, and our Retail & Commercial Design Studio team, our multidisciplinary scope covers civil engineering, land surveying, planning, and landscape architecture. From stormwater management and grading to site access and integrated landscape design, every detail has been considered in our rendering.
