Landform’s Summer Party: Good People, Great BBQ and an Evening on the St. Croix

A great place to work offers more than the work itself. This year, Landform President Darren opened his Hudson home to the Landform team and our families for our Summer Party along the St. Croix River—and, you betcha, we made the most of it.

We had games, the pool, plenty of laughs, and one heck of a dinner catered by Amy and Jethro Lund, the owners of Hudson favorite Big Guys BBQ Roadhouse. No presentations. No name tags. Just a team and their families, good food, and an opportunity to enjoy each other’s company away from the office.

Around here, relationships and enthusiasm aren’t just words on an “About Us” page. They’re part of our philosophy—how we work and how we spend time together after the workday.

The same people gathered around the pool and BBQ are the people working together every day across planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying. Different disciplines, different perspectives, and one intentionally collaborative Landform team.

Great projects bring people together. Great relationships keep them there. And every once in a while, really good BBQ doesn’t hurt either.
