Some engineering jobs keep you stuck working on one small piece of a project. At Landform, our Civil Engineer (EIT) opportunity is designed a little differently. Based in our Minneapolis Retail & Commercial Design Studio, this role gives early-career engineers the opportunity to work alongside planners, surveyors, landscape architects, and senior engineers on real retail and commercial projects from concept through construction. From site design and grading plans to stormwater calculations and Civil 3D production, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle — not just one isolated task.
