Landform led the design and development management of this spectacular single-family development in Edina.
Located in the Parkwood Knolls Neighborhood, this development includes six new half-acre wooded single-family lots, nestled along Blake Road in the highly desirable community of Edina.
Blending the development into its natural setting was a key objective for the landowner.
Landform’s multidisciplinary team achieved this objective using Low Impact Design (LID) techniques, such as tree preservation, reduced street widths, bio-retention swales, and underground stormwater infiltration systems.
