Landform provided design services for Mark of Excellence Homes for the 73-acre single family subdivision in Andover known as Catchers Creek. This 137-lot, three-phase subdivision is located on the east side of Andover and is bordered on the northern edge by Coon Creek.
Challenges for our engineers included shoreland issues due to the proximity of Coon Creek, on-site floodplain and wetland mitigation, utility connections, and establishing connections for future development. Cooperation with the City was essential for overcoming these challenges and delivering efficient and desireable outcomes.
