Landform provided professional services for Mark of Excellence Homes for the 73-acre single-family subdivision in Andover known as Catchers Creek. This 137-lot subdivision is located on the northern edge of Coon Creek on the east side of Andover.
Challenges for our engineers included the proximity of the Coon Creek, floodplain mitigation, wetlands, utility connections and connections for future development. The first two phases are complete, and the third phase is expected to be completed in 2018.
