Landform provided professional services for the 30-unit detached villa home subdivision. This Planned Unit Development (PUD) included smaller villa-style lots to meet the needs of those desiring single-level living and a carefree lifestyle in an association-maintained community.
This development included extensive coordination for future adjacent roadway improvements and stormwater management while achieving a well-balanced development that meets the needs of the City and developer.
Working closely with the surrounding neighbors to address their concerns, our team incorporated important site features into the development by preserving natural resources and increasing landscape features, including berming and landscaping, for adjacent neighborhood buffers around the project.
