This Planned Unit Development included smaller villa-style lots to meet the needs of those desiring a care-free lifestyle HOA community with separate detached homes.
This development included extensive coordination for adjacent future roadway improvements and stormwater management while achieving a well-balanced development that meets the needs of the City and developer.
Working closely with the surrounding neighbors and their concerns, our team incorporated important site features into the development through preservation of natural resources, increased landscape features for adjacent neighborhood buffers and berming and landscaping around the project.
