Landform provided land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this neighborhood-scale commercial development in Uptown Minneapolis.
Facing challenges that included screening, limited site access and a program required drive-thru, Landform worked with city staff to provide fair solutions for the client, while satisfying high municipal and neighborhood requirements for the site.
Particular attention was given to the design of exterior spaces, given the variety of functions each required. Hearty landscape materials were thoughtfully chosen to withstand the tough physical demands of the site and tie the modern architecture to the corner.
